When I'm Queen Of The Castle

I don't want carrots or turnips or peas

Adorning my morning bouquet

I just want to live a life of ease,

To do as I please in an elegant way

My world is simple but I'd like to sample

The world beyond the mill

Whenever I want to,

My daydreams are drawn to

The castle on the hill...

With a crown on my head,

I'll eat breakfast in bed

On fine gold-plated china

I'll dine when I'm queen of the castle

Tuesdays, I'll shop for furs

Thursdays, go hunting with spurs

Fridays, I'll ride through the town in my crown

When I'm queen of the castle

They'll be "Oo"ing and "Ah"ing me,

Eying me up and down

Servants primping and pawing me,

Zipping me into my gossamer gown

I'll rule justly and fair,

All my wisdom to share

When I'm queen of the castle...

But wait...

Am I missing one thing?

To be queen of the castle,

I must marry a king...
